COURSE OVERVIEW
- Non-surgical and surgical techniques used in modern exodontia
- Minimally invasive and alveolar ridge-protecting extractions in the general dental practice
- Common complications associated with tooth extractions
- Surgical difficulty and manage risk assessment in medically compromised patients who need tooth extractions
- Current simple concepts and principles of GBR, including socket
- Other frequent and common oral surgery procedures in the general dental practice
- Understanding and avoiding medico-legal issues associated with oral surgery by careful case selection and informed patient consent
HANDS-ON SESSION - CADAVER SPECIMEN>
- Hands-on sessions on cadavers (two participants per Cadaver)
- Analysis of clinical cases
- Managing eventual Zygomatic procedure complications
